At just over 1 hour from Rome by car or train, immersed in the greenery of the splendid Umbrian countryside, villa Vallefalcone is a delightful stone farmhouse with private pool, recently renovated with great taste and a sense of comfort. The villa can be found on a 36 hectare estate, completely fenced, comprising vineyards, olive groves and a stud farm which gives life to the idyllic countryside. The villa is on two levels and all the rooms are spacious with beautiful views, with sitting rooms and studies which allow one to enjoy moments of undisturbed peace away from the rest of the family group or friends. The interior is furnished and decorated with attention to detail in keeping with an elegant country style. The kitchen is particularly large, with a professional oven and direct access to the outdoor stone barbecue. On the ground floor all the rooms have access to the large outdoor stone tiled terrace, furnished for dining or relaxing on the comfortable armchairs with an enormous umbrella to protect the dining area from the sun. The swimming pool can be found nearby, down a few steps to another level of the garden. Typical restaurants and ‘trattorie’ can be found in Amelia, a characteristic ancient walled village/fortress, 10 minutes from the villa. Vallefalcone is also well situated for the train station of Orte just 15 minutes away, where trains depart every hour for Rome.
