Villa Campo Verde was designed to provide both peaceful places of retreat and areas - both inside and out - to dine, work and play together as a group. Quiet garden areas, an orchard, an enclosed courtyard to the east and a split level terrazzo overlooking the pool to the west, provide options for dining and recreation.

The villa features a large modern kitchen, preparation and cool store rooms, a traditional Umbrian alla brace cooking fireplace inside and BBQ outside, three reception rooms and a dining room.

In winter, Villa Campo Verde is heated with an under-floor system and there are several large fireplaces with comfortable seating.

Additional Information

Villa History

Built in 1600, Villa Campo Verde was a farmhouse owned by the Santini family. The villa originally incorporated much of the surrounding land, which was used for livestock and crops. The most recent restoration of the villa began in 2006 and was completed 2009.
